Cancellation Policy

KUMAR SONS AGRO FOODS believes in fair and transparent dealings with its customers. Cancellation requests will be considered only if raised within 1–2 calendar days of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner or the shipping process has been initiated, cancellation requests shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of our products, orders containing perishable goods, food items, or eatables are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed, except in cases of verified quality issues as outlined below.


Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds or replacements shall be considered only in genuine and verified cases such as:

  • Product delivered in a damaged, leaked, tampered, or unconsumable condition

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Lost shipment during transit (rare and subject to courier confirmation)

The customer must notify us within 2–3 calendar days of delivery through:

Failure to report within this timeframe shall be deemed as acceptance of the product in satisfactory condition, and no claims shall be entertained thereafter.

All such requests are subject to internal verification, which may include images, videos, packaging condition, and courier reports.
Upon successful verification, a replacement shall be issued immediately.

Refunds shall only be processed if replacement is not feasible, and shall be credited to the original mode of payment within 3–5 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway processing timelines.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds shall be issued for:

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Taste preference, personal expectations, or subjective dissatisfaction

  • Orders returned due to customer refusal without valid reason

  •  

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusal Policy

COD orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid and verifiable reason shall be treated as a violation of purchase intent.

No re-shipment shall be provided for such orders.

Repeated COD refusals may result in:

  • Permanent disabling of COD facility

  • Blacklisting of the customer’s address, phone number, or account


Final Authority

KUMAR SONS AGRO FOODS reserves the sole right to accept or reject any cancellation, refund, replacement, request, based on internal assessment, courier partner confirmation, and compliance with this policy.
