Shipping & Delivery Policy

For domestic customers, all orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Speed Post.
For international customers, orders are shipped exclusively through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
The estimated delivery timeline of 4–7 business days is indicative and may vary depending on courier partner operations, destination, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
KUMAR SONS AGRO FOODS shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, damage, non-delivery, or service deficiency occurring after the shipment has been handed over to the courier company or postal authorities. Once the consignment is dispatched, the courier company shall be solely responsible for transportation, delivery timelines, and handling of the shipment.
Our responsibility is strictly limited to timely handover of the shipment to the courier partner within 1–2 business days from order confirmation. Any delivery commitments provided by courier partners are subject to their internal policies, serviceability, and regulatory conditions.
All deliveries shall be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. KUMAR SONS AGRO FOODS shall not be responsible for delivery failures arising from incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address details provided by the customer.
Damaged, Unconsumable, or Lost Shipments
In the event that an order is delivered in a damaged, leaked, tampered, or unconsumable condition, the customer must notify KUMAR SONS AGRO FOODS within 2–3 calendar days of delivery.

Failure to report the issue within the stipulated timeframe shall be deemed as acceptance of the product in good condition, and no claims shall be entertained thereafter.
Upon receipt of the complaint, the case shall be reviewed and verified, which may include requesting photographs, videos, or courier packaging evidence. Subject to successful verification, a replacement shipment shall be dispatched at the earliest at no additional cost to the customer.
The above replacement policy shall also apply in cases of shipment loss during transit, which are rare and entirely dependent on courier partner confirmation and investigation outcomes.
